All of my students used and loved ABECELEE. They just couldn't wait for Daily 5 to get on the computer to see what else they needed to do. They loved the reading comprehension part. This is a great tool! I will keep using it next year!! Thank you!!

I just want to say thank you! Hello, I'm a kindergarten teacher from Seagoville Elementary. I've been using abecelee.com for almost 3 years now and I have to say, I don't know what would I do without it. I have found that Abecelee goes with the bilingual program curriculum perfectly and covers all the reading skills students need in kindergarten. It helps me assess my students and help them if they are struggling. It keeps a record of how everyone is doing so I have the latest data every day! Mi hijo utilizó este programa en Kindergarten y para mi punto es vista es un excelente programa que les enseña a los niños desde aprender las letras hasta leer, a reconocer las sílabas y la ortografía, es muy divertido y entretenido para los niños! (TRANSLATION) My son was exposed to this program during his Kindergarten period and for me it is an excellent program; this games teach children from recognizing letters to read fluently, to recognize syllables and it even impacts on orthography! It is endeed so entertaining and useful for the kids!

I've been using Abecelee for a couple of years in my kindergarten class, and my students at the end of the school year are usually reading 80+ words per minute (in Spanish), when they are suppose to read that fast by the end of first grade if not later... imagine! Plus, they comprehend 100% of what they read, and they add ton of words into their vocabulary; matter of fact, they get to read so fast that administrators and parents are amazed and very satisfied with the results. That is more that I would expect. When children work with this product, they are being served by a virtual teacher who reads for them, teach them and assessing them, and I have more time to do more interventions. I strongly recommend it!

Congratulations, the program is simply fabulous. I like especially the extra attention that you dedicate to children who practically know nothing. This was necessary because the percentage of these children is increasingly high. Terrific attention you give to the initial sounds. It is an easier way for children and that helps a lot. I saw many more interesting things. Other products such as cassette Estrellita, are very monotonous, this is much more agile and entertaining and children feel more interested and work much better and move very fast. I have a tip for something I do with a "poster" that I has given me very good results, for learning sounds, I'll share later to see if it helps.

Two years I've been using this project, I send my students for 20 minutes every day as part of the independent time, that is, at the same time I have each student in one of the centers, and I have another student having a one to one conference with me, I'm also sending a student to each of the four classroom computers, called at random by my little popsicle sticks system. This whole system has given me so much already result today, after 60 some days of kindergarten class, I have 3/4 of the classroom reading in Spanish! My next step: developing reading fluency in Spanish. I recommend this site! One detail: sometimes, very rarely, the site freezes presumably related to the speed of the internet at my school, I solve that pressing F5 on the keyboard, forcing the site to refresh... I want to bring your attention, may be you haven't realized that at levels 1, 2, and 3 the information users are asked for is scaffolded, that is, if the user has no stars at one of these levels, it only asks the vowels and four consonants (m, p, s, l), if it reaches 1 star the system incorporates eight more consonants (t, d, r, c, n, f, b, j) and is then incorporated with 2 stars the rest of consonants, spectacular! so the user frustration prevents largely, though do not forget that many times I have to take the user to the pc and sit one-2-one to correct a problem detected while monitoring (magnificent monitoring engine has ABECELEE, I congratulate you!). On the other hand, maybe you have noticed that the library of Canta Conmigo is constantly expanding. Very good material for my literary analysis sessions.
